Description

The Seadraulics high flow chemical injection pump is based on the stainless steel gear pump driven by an gear motor. The unit has exceptional suction abilities along with a self-priming action. The pump is a medium flow unit ideal for controlled dosing of equipment.

The ideal uses for this pump are for use with acids, alkali’s, and thick viscous liquids. Capable of pumping lubricating and non-lubricating fluids with viscosity up to 100,000 CPS, depending on shaft speed, are capable. Lower RPM/flow rates must be used for thicker fluids.

The motor is driven by a hydraulic manifold to allow the user to set up flow rate, pressure control, and turn the unit on via a pilot on-off valve.
