Description
The Seadraulics Pty Ltd Back Seal Test panel – designed to allow controllable safe pressure testing across a wide range of pressures. 10 – 15000psi. Test pressure supplied to the input is limited by the Pressure set at the Relief. Only industry leading relief valve are used ensuring peace of mind and confidence of repeatability.
Accuracy requirements will dictate relief valve chosen. The relief can be manually adjusted on deck prior to subsea deployment. Relief valves are available covering the range 10 – 15000psi.
Gauges can be chosen to suit the pressure test. This ensures monitoring can be completed easily and accurately.
To further compliment monitoring and reporting the Seadraulics Pty Ltd Subsea Data logger can be attached either in place of the gauge, or in parallel. The Data Logger has a subsea digital display so single psi changes can be monitored. All results are logged in memory or can be connected to the ROV via RS232 / RS485 for surface monitoring or overlay display.
A Seadraulics Pty Ltd hydraulic quarter turn actuator controls a ball valve allowing pressure to be locked in the output line during testing A compact unit which attaches to any type of hydraulic ROV and using standard ROV solenoids. The ball valve is typically a trunnion seal arrangement type, which have shown the best results for leakage across the valve which is critical in pressure tests. Clients can specify valve manufacturer on purchase, typical valves used are Autoclave, Swagelok IPT, and Fitok 15K/20k PSI models.
