Description

The Seadraulics subsea 3 Stage Manifold is a custom designed unit which firstly provides a set flow for 3 different pre-set pressures, and secondly can be applied in two directions. The flow rate is set by the user as well and then using the 3 pressure valves, the user sets the required pressure levels. The 3 stage control manifold can be used for simple control of a Torque Tool for CW & CCW directions or for control of a Fluid Injection system where different pressures are required during the testing. The system is compatible with most types of fluids. Ie standard hydraulic fluids, TransAqua, water Glycol and many other well control fluids.

The simple to interface custom drive manifold means that the unit can be used on a wider range of ROV’s. It allows the user to limit pressures and flows depending on the customers hydraulic supply abilities. The 3 stage control manifold can be connected directly to the ROV for tooling operations or, when pumping fluid, can be attached directly to any reservoir. Seadraulics can supply suitable compensators / reservoirs.

Unit comes supplied complete with hydraulic hoses, and is very easy to set up for use in the field.
