Description

The Battery Bottle is 316 stainless steel subsea bottle. It has a single male Micro Circular connector (MCBH-3M) and a single vent port. Micro Circular connectors are simple rugged well proven and cost effective design, the connectors are available from a number of suppliers such as SubConn, SeaCon or Eaton Burton and spare or replacement units are easily available globally.

The vent port is used during charging and should only be removed when the battery is in a well ventilated dry internal area. The vent plug must be removed during all phases of the charge cycle. Immediately after charging, the vent plug must be fitted and tightened down. Never leave the vent plug loose, or open when the battery in an external or damp area. Inspect the seal on the vent plug prior to fitting.
